STEP - 1 ; CLEANING / SURFACE PREPARATION : The complete surface will be subject to mechanical cleaning to remove dust dirt loose particles etc ; with mechanical and manual tools like brushes ,hand grinders and other surface preparation machines. All wet are as are dried by blowing air or by flame guns .the surface mildly abraded to get clean and clean slightly roughened base surface.
STEP 2 : PRIMER COATING :primer plays an important role in all types of coating . It acts a brander between the cement floor and the epoxy for the purpose of good bonding primer will be applied to give deep penetrative in the surface and to cover all pits and pores in the concrete. It shall bind all lose particle and provide for adhesive base for further coating
STEP 3 : SCREED COATING: Screed plays an important role in all types of coating, it acts a brander between the primer and the epoxy for the purpose of good bonding to the primer with screed will be applied to give deep penetration in the surface to be levelling and to cover all pits and pores in the primer, it shall bind all lose particle and provide for adhesive for further coating
STEP 4: SL TOP FINISH COATING : The specially formulated self levelling finish coating shall be done in GREY COLOUR by pigment with SL . Resin at site to the desired colour shade with a slow speed electric mixing arrangements. The pigment resin+ hardener and silica flour are missed in small lots and applied on the floor with a notched travel to desired thickness
